Numark is the largest and longest established pharmacy membership organisation in the UK with over 5,500 members ranging from single store pharmacies to larger groups of over 100 pharmacies.
Numark was established and has evolved to provide support, resources and enhanced buying power to members, whilst giving them the autonomy to trade as an independent pharmacy within their communities. Numark offers members a “virtual head office” that provides the necessary help needed to run their pharmacies.

Hey Pharmacist is an online repeat prescription ordering platform and is wholly owned by the PHOENIX group.
Hey Pharmacist has been developed to offer patients an easy to use online ordering service, allowing them to manage their repeat medication through an app or web app and collect their medication from a local pharmacy or have it delivered for free.
We are also developing the service to allow Numark members the opportunity to onboard their patients to Hey Pharmacist, retain the nomination and offer their patients an online service without the investment.
PSUK
PSUK is the largest dispensing doctor membership organisation in the UK and the largest pharmaceutical supplier to prescribing only practices in England and Wales. Our extensive knowledge of the marketplace ensures that we offer our members the most innovative solutions, using our purchasing power to optimise procurement and increase profitability.

NuCare
NuCare is a wholly owned subsidiary of PHOENIX in the UK, operating in all customer channels in the appliance market.
NuCare, our Dispensing Appliance Contract (DAC), has presented PHOENIX with a unique and exciting opportunity to create an innovative service solution for the various customer channels within the wider medical device market.
NuCare works in close partnership with pharmacists, doctors, nurses and manufacturers to support patients with a complete range of incontinence, ostomy, wound care, compression therapy and medical device services and products.
Nupharm
Nupharm, a wholly owned subsidiary of PHOENIX in the UK, operates to the strict requirements laid down by Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practice (GMDP) and the Home Office Requirements for Controlled Drugs.
Parallel Importation and repacking of pharmaceutical products from across Europe is Nupharm’s main business activity. With a supplier base across 15 countries and approximately 800 product licences, Nupharm allows PHOENIX UK to competitively purchase products in other markets where significant price differentials exist across the European single market.

PHOENIX Healthcare Distribution is a national full-line pharmaceutical wholesaler with ‘Four Nation’ coverage in the UK and a network of 13 depots. PHOENIX distribution centres are ideally located to best support our customer’s daily requirements and our local teams are supported by centralised corporate functions at our Head Office in Runcorn, Cheshire.
We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality supply chain service across our business. All depots are MHRA accredited and comply with ISO Quality and Environmental standards.
